Greetings, my name is Lee Yin Sin. I am the founder and leader of YSL. At the same time, I’m also a full time financial advisor who provides professional advice for my clients regarding their personal finances and insurance plans.
Here’s a little info about me, I graduated from a polytechnic in Melaka where I earned my diploma in marketing and have since attended schools in the UK and USA like the University of London (Business Administration and management), UC Irvine (Specialist course in Project Management and career development). l love reading and researching new methods for customer satisfaction and overall wealth creation including investment portfolios, wealth mentality and etc. I’m also an avid badminton player and athlete.
I have over 10+ years of experience in the finance and insurance industry. You could say that I’m a senior financial advisor here in this company as I’m experienced in a multitude of fields such as negotiations, management and customer service and yes I have received numerous awards and accolades for all of my achievements.
At first, I didn’t know that I was gonna join this sector at all much less this company, initially I wanted to start my own business as an entrepreneur but I didn’t have any capital to work with. Then, I heard about this opportunity to become a financial advisor who could manage it as if it is his own business and I took the chance and since then, I never looked back. For me, being a financial advisor is almost the same as an entrepreneur. But ya, I had my fair share of trials as well back then like my parents didn’t like it as well as they thought it was a scam so I knew I had to set out to prove them wrong that insurance plans and investments are not hoaxes. Lastly, I hope that this business would one day become my own business that I could pass onto the next generation but as of right now, I’m aspiring to become the top influencer and industry leader for this sector. In order to do, I wish to help more people as well as to provide safe and reliable financial knowledge for all so that they may safeguard their friends and family. I think of this as both a business and a way to help people as well as my own family.

I would also like to guide complete neophytes from beginning to the end by providing proper guidance and instructions all they way from being a solo agent to becoming a team leader. To me, their success feels like my success as well.
If you ask me about what are the virtues that I try to practice in life, I would say a lot but to name a few, it would be gratitude, integrity, filial piety, compassion and responsibility. After I had the chance to learn completely new skills which to me were absolutely unheard of at the time from dealing with clients to the art of negotiations, social skills, leadership skills, team management and etc. I feel like I have grown not only as a financial advisor but also as a person as well and I hope I can keep on learning forever.
